14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU and EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email us at info@aqua-bend.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

If you live outside the European Union and the European Economic Area, the return and cancellation rights available to you depend on the consumer laws that apply to your purchase. Please contact us before sending a product back, and we will handle your request in accordance with those laws.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please send the product back within 14 days.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when withdrawing from a purchase because you have changed your mind.

Please package the product carefully to protect it during transport. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard delivery cost where required by law.

Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option are not refundable.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without additional refund fees.

We will process your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where the product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, your statutory rights remain unaffected. You will not be charged return shipping costs where the law requires us to cover them.

Made-to-Order Products

Aqua-Bend products are manufactured to order. However, manufacturing a standard product after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove any applicable statutory right of withdrawal. Exceptions for genuinely personalised products apply only where permitted by law.
