Every Aqua-Bend order is made for you in Slovenia and shipped with a tracked service by Pošta Slovenije.

Production time

Aqua-Bend discs are 3D printed to order. Production usually takes 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays) before your order is dispatched.

Delivery time after dispatch

Slovenia: usually 1–3 working days
European Union: usually 5–10 working days
Rest of the world: usually 10–20 working days

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs clearance outside the European Union may extend delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order, and is always shown before you pay.

Slovenia: €5.99 (up to 2 kg) · €6.99 (over 2 kg)
European Union: €9.90 (up to 1 kg) · €13.50 (1–2 kg) · €20.90 (over 2 kg)
Rest of the world: €16.99 (up to 1 kg) · €26.90 (1–2 kg) · €34.90 (over 2 kg)

As a guide: a single pair of discs weighs under 1 kg, the Move and Progress Sets 1–2 kg, and the Master Set just over 2 kg.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, customs clearance fees and local import taxes may apply. These charges are not collected by Aqua-Bend and are the responsibility of the recipient.
